1 Hour Mariachi Raffle Ticket Restrictions
The following are the guidelines and restrictions for the raffle being held on Sept 8, 2024 At the Ebell club. The raffle is for 1 hour of mariachi entertainment by Mariachi Anacatlan. We reserve the right to change, update restrictions at anytime.
Raffle Ticket Restrictions:
1. Mariachi Band: The one-hour mariachi music session will be performed by Mariachi Anacatlan.
2. Availability: The session is subject to the availability of Mariachi Anacatlan. It is crucial to book in advance to secure a preferred date.
3. Redemption Period: The voucher must be redeemed within six months from the date of issue.
4. Blackout Dates: The voucher cannot be used on the following dates:
- Thanksgiving Day
- December 12, 2024, to January 15, 2025
- Booking must be on a Saturday or Sunday
5. Location Limit: The service must be redeemed within a 50-mile radius of Anaheim, CA. Services requested outside this area may incur additional travel fees and/or a guarantee of one or more hours in addition to the free hour granted by voucher (rate $675/hr) booked by holder of voucher at the time of booking.
6. Duration: The voucher is valid for one hour of performance. Additional hours or services requested will be charged at $675 per hour.
7. Booking Requirements: Recipients wishing to book additional hours must specify this at the time of initial booking to ensure availability.
8. Advance Notice Requirement: Require at least 30 days' notice for bookings.
9. Cancellation Policy: If the event is canceled less than 14 days before the scheduled date, the voucher will be considered used. Mariachi Anacatlan can cancel anytime due to Inclement weather, state of emergency, Covid-19, natural disasters, acts of God, and death. Holder of voucher may reschedule for another date that is available.
10. Weather Policy: For outdoor events, specific arrangements must be made for inclement weather, including an alternate indoor location or adequate protective covering. We cannot play in direct sunlight or exposed to the elements. (mariachi instruments are very delicate. Exposure to the elements, moisture, heat can render the instrument unplayable.)
11. Time-Slot: The hour must be booked at normal business hours. 10 A.M. -10 P.M.
12. Religious Ceremony: Your voucher is also good for the liturgy of the Catholic mass; provided that the date is available and the service is during normal business hours. (see 11.Time Slot)
13. Transfer Of Voucher: Holder of voucher must book the 1 hour. This voucher may not be sold or transferred.
14. No Combination Policy - Cannot be combined with other offers or extended by another raffle prize.
